Paul Whelan

Paul Whelan is an experienced professional in quality assurance and team leadership, currently serving as the Trust and Safety Team Lead at HubSpot since November 2022. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Quality Team Lead at TikTok from February 2021 to November 2022, where leadership included managing a team of QA Analysts and developing quality sampling workflows for the EN and Nordic Markets. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Accenture and Allianz Assistance, along with a position as a Claims Handler at Allianz. Paul holds certifications from The Insurance Institute (CIP, APA) and a Higher National Diploma in Contemporary Music Performance from Ballyfermot College of Further Education.
