Pete Jackson

Pete Jackson is currently the Senior Director of People Business Partnerships at HubSpot, where they focus on empowering others through Learning & Development and HR initiatives. Previously, they served as the Learning & Development Leader at Airbnb and held various roles related to Learning & Development at Rivian. Additionally, Pete has experience from Tesla, where they contributed to customer experience training and new hire orientation. They began their career as a Research Associate in the UCLA Department of Psychology and are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of California, Los Angeles.
