Philo Lomba, PhD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and community engagement. Currently serving as the Founder and Community Program Manager for Africans at HubSpot since June 2021, Philo has previously held various roles at HubSpot, including Senior Customer Success Manager and Employee Resource Group Leader. Prior experience includes serving as Enterprise SaaS Customer Success Manager at Market Logic Software and engaging in research as a PhD Candidate and Consumer Psychology Researcher at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. With a strong academic background, Philo holds a Doctor of Philosophy in International Psychology, a Master of Arts in Experimental Psychology, and is currently completing an ICF coaching certificate in Transformational Coaching at Animas Centre for Coaching.
