Robert Ainslie has extensive experience in technical support and solutions architecture, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture at HubSpot since September 2012, where responsibilities include building a post-sale Solutions Architecture team to enhance customer experiences with HubSpot CRM and CMS. Prior to this role, Ainslie held various positions at HubSpot, including Technical Consulting Manager and Senior Designated Support Engineer, where contributions involved developing premium support programs and managing the Designated Support Team across multiple locations. Ainslie also has experience outside of HubSpot, having worked as an Assistant to the Editorial Director at JoVE, an Adjunct Faculty member at Gordon College, and in various leadership and supportive roles in educational and community service settings. Ainslie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a concentration in Environmental Science from Gordon College and a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Sciences from Salem State University.
