Ron Gill

Ron Gill has served as a member of our Board of Directors since June 2012. Mr. Gill held multiple positions at NetSuite, Inc. since joining in 2007 and served as chief financial officer from 2010 until March 2017, including through NetSuite’s acquisition by Oracle in November 2016. Prior to joining NetSuite, Ron was vice president, finance at Hyperion Solutions. Previously, he held a variety of financial positions with several technology companies, including SAP, Dell and Sony. Mr. Gill qualifies as an “audit committee financial expert” under SEC guidelines.
