Tadd Bindas is a hydrologic, geospatial, and AI software engineer with extensive experience in software development and research. They served as a Technical Lead at ERT, overseeing the Enterprise Data and FIM Services team on a project for Raytheon and NOAA. Tadd's academic journey includes a PhD in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, where they conducted innovative research in differentiable modeling to enhance flood forecasting.
