Tim Lavin is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in UX and product design. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at HubSpot since June 2022, Tim has previously held similar roles at Spencer Stuart and Permanent TSB, where responsibilities included leading design projects in agile environments and advocating for user experience excellence. Tim's design journey began as an Architect and User Centered Designer at Lavin Architects and has evolved through various UX roles across multiple companies since 2015.
