Toan (Tom) Do is currently the Senior Director and Head of Global Benefits at HubSpot, having previously held leadership roles in global health and welfare at companies such as Johnson & Johnson and Nike. With a Bachelor of Science in Management from Kean University and an MBA from Rutgers Business School, Toan has extensive experience in employee benefits and risk management. They are passionate about fostering a healthy workforce and actively engage in community service, particularly in building relationships with individuals with special needs.
