Ivanna Gómez Lara

Ivanna Gómez Lara has a diverse work experience spanning from 2018 to the present. Ivanna started their career as an Assistant Project Manager at Università di Pavia in March 2018, where they were responsible for reviewing and analyzing guidelines and standards for the design of an international mobility project. Ivanna successfully understood and applied the regulations of the ERASMUS+ platform, leading to the successful creation of a concept note for an international mobility project.

In 2018, Ivanna joined Lean Staffing Solutions as a Logistics Coordinator. Ivanna held this role until November 2020, where their responsibilities included coordinating logistics activities.

From November 2020 to January 2022, Ivanna worked at SYKES Colombia as a Team Manager.

In 2022, Ivanna joined Hubtek as an Operations Hubmaster. Ivanna worked in this role until 2023.

Currently, Ivanna is employed at Talentek as an Operations Hubmaster, starting in June 2023.

Ivanna Gómez Lara attended Universidad del Norte from 2013 to 2018, where they pursued a degree in Internacionalista with a focus on Relaciones internacionales y asuntos exteriores (International Relations and Foreign Affairs). In 2018, they briefly attended Università di Pavia as a Frecuentador, specializing in Cooperación y Desarrollo (Cooperation and Development). Currently, their education details indicate that they are back at Universidad del Norte, studying towards the same degree in Internacionalista with a focus on Relaciones internacionales y asuntos exteriores.
