Vanessa Restrepo Ciro

Vanessa Restrepo Ciro has gained work experience in two different companies. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a psychology intern at CIAF. Vanessa'smost recent work experience is with Hubtek, where they have held multiple roles. Starting in April 2022, they worked as a Talent Hunter, responsible for coordinating job posts and screening candidates. In April 2023, they transitioned to the role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this position, they are in charge of the recruitment and selection process for various positions, both for internal and external clients. Vanessa also creates recruitment strategies, conducts interviews, and assesses candidate profiles.

Vanessa Restrepo Ciro completed their undergraduate education at Universidad de San Buenaventura from 2015 to 2020, where they earned a degree in clinical psychology. In 2020, they pursued a diploma in organizational psychology at Politecnico mayor. In 2021, they furthered their education by completing a diploma in clinical sexology and human sexuality at Universidad CES.
