Bill held significant legal positions at the Civil Aeronautics Board and Baker & Hostetler LLP, focusing on litigation and antitrust issues, and also served as Attorney-Adviser to two Chairmen at the Federal Trade Commission. Educational credentials include an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, and an A.B. in Political Science from Brown University.
