Stephen Sutera

Stephen Sutera is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in estate planning. Currently serving as an attorney at Huck Bouma, PC since May 2023, Stephen continues to focus on life planning needs in Oak Lawn and Wheaton. Prior to this role, Stephen owned and operated the Law Offices of Stephen Sutera from January 1990 to May 2023, specializing in estate planning services. Stephen began their legal career at the Cook County State's Attorney’s Office, where Stephen worked from July 1986 to January 1990. Stephen holds a Juris Doctor degree from UIC John Marshall Law School, acquired between 1983 and 1986, and has pursued continuing legal education to maintain expertise in the field.
