Gina Pan

Gina Pan, MSW, serves as the Director of Individual and Institutional Giving at Huckleberry Youth Programs, a position held since October 2014, where responsibilities include writing substantial grants, managing staff, and developing donor relations strategies. Previous roles at Huckleberry include Development Manager and Development Officer, where Gina excelled in grant writing, Salesforce administration, and leading team training initiatives. Earlier experience includes internship roles in development and counseling at organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC and Bronx Lighthouse College Preparatory Academy. Gina holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
