Aron Gelbard

Aron Gelbard is the Co-Founder and CEO of Bloom & Wild, a leading direct-to-consumer flower and gifting company operating across eight countries, and recognized as a certified B Corp. In addition, Aron serves as a Board Trustee for FareShare UK, contributing to the charity's mission of redistributing food waste and reducing carbon emissions, while also chairing the marketing advisory group. As a Pledger with Founders Pledge, Aron commits a significant portion of proceeds to charitable causes. Other roles include Ambassador at Huckletree and previous positions at Bain & Company, D.light Design, Google, OC&C Strategy Consultants, and Air Liquide. Aron holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford.
