Rylee P. has a diverse professional background with experience in both retail and organizational leadership. Currently serving as an Associate at Huck's Convenience Stores since December 2018, Rylee has also held the position of Executive Director at GRN Preparedness since June 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing administration, programs, strategic planning, fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. Prior to these roles, Rylee worked as a Produce Clerk at Schnuck Markets, Inc. from February 2017 to December 2018, focusing on customer service and product management. Rylee's career also includes a tenure as Chief Communications Officer at Faith Church of the Nazarene from October 2013 to March 2015, managing communications for various stakeholders. Rylee completed a high school education in General Studies at Hoosier Academies from 2014 to 2017.

Bob Martin and his friend, Frank Bayley, formed a partnership in 1960 and began opening supermarkets in small Southern Illinois towns eventually branching out to Kentucky and Tennessee. Their first convenience store was opened in 1974 in Grayville, IL and named “HUCK’S”. With innovative ideas, hard work and a vision of the future, Martin & Bayley, Inc., has grown to be one of the most financially sound companies in the country employing over 1500 people.
