Huddle
Dominic Koenig is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with a strong focus on education and personal efficiency. As Co-Founder of Sidekick since October 2022, Dominic aims to assist clients in managing their time effectively through part-time personal assistants. In January 2023, Dominic became Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Huddle, an organization dedicated to addressing South Africa's educational challenges and ensuring high-quality education for all children. Previously, Dominic held various leadership roles at Valenture Institute, including Operations and Head of Product, and founded Radcast, a personalized audio service that garnered significant user engagement and funding. An alumnus of the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation, Dominic trained as a future leader and is committed to impacting society positively. Dominic holds a Business Science degree from the University of Cape Town, complemented by international study in California.

Huddle's vision is to ensure that every child in South Africa (and Africa), regardless of their circumstances, has access to excellent education, by bringing together (or huddling) the best of human support, learning technology, engaging lessons from gifted teachers, and joyful learning spaces. Huddle is a one to many (great teacher to many children), blended (or hybrid) educational solution that delivers the CAPS curriculum with real-time testability and data feedback, empowering learners, leaders, teachers and unemployed youth. Underpinned by evidence-based pedagogy, Huddle hopes to enable high quality, low cost education in blended classrooms at scale.
