About Huddle Talent™

Most leadership teams are full of talented people who still don't quite work. Not because anyone is failing, but because no one ever sat down and intentionally designed how the team operates together.

Huddle provides leaders with diagnostic data on how their team operates, so every people decision is intentional and evidence based.

With over two decades in executive search and talent advisory, that background shapes how we work: we think carefully about people, about fit, and about what it actually takes for a group of talented individuals to function as a team.

Great teams don't just happen.
