Jamil Spencer

Jamil Spencer is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Company Operations at Huddle House since April 2015, Jamil leads daily operations across multiple locations, focusing on performance, quality, and profitability. Previously, Jamil held the position of Franchise Business Director at Tin Drum Asia Café, collaborating with 14 franchise owners to enhance operational performance. Jamil also served as Senior Director at National Restaurant Development, managing multiple high-volume quick-service restaurants and overseeing P&L management. Early in the career, Jamil gained valuable experience as Senior Area Manager at Fuddruckers and had roles at SONIC DRIVE-IN and Church’s Chicken. Jamil holds a degree from Georgia State University.
