Sara Hedžet

Sara Hedžet has a wide range of work experience. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Classroom Assistant at Sheiling School Ringwood, where they were responsible for motivating pupils in the classroom, providing extra help during class, helping with school events, trips, and activities, and helping in afterschool daycare. In 2016, they worked as a Salesperson at TALLY WEiJL. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at eSTUDENT as a Human Resources Team Lead and Team Member. During this time, they also worked at TEDxUniversityofZagreb as an Organizational Team Member and at Zagrebačka banka as an HR Administrative Assistant. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at INA Grupa in various roles, including Development Projects Expert, Human Resources Senior Specialist, Recruitment and Selection Specialist, and HR Assistant. Currently, they are working as a People and Culture Generalist at Huddle.

Sara Hedžet began their education in 2009 at Gimnazija Sisak, where they studied the Jezični smjer. Sara then attended the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu from 2013 to 2016, earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. From 2016 to 2019, they attended the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Zagreb, where they attained a Master's degree in Psychology. Currently, they are enrolled in CIPD Qualifications, where they are working towards a Level 5: Intermediate Certificate in Human Resources Management (CHRM).
