Eric Dvorsak

Eric Dvorsak is currently the Co-Founder & EVP of Engineering at Clash App. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Status.im from August 2017 to June 2020. In this role, they were responsible for leading the chat team and recruitment and onboarding of new developers in a company growing from 10 to 100 in a few months. Eric has also made significant open source contributions to the development of a mobile application using React Native and Clojurescript.

Prior to their work at Status.im, Eric was a System Developer at LambdaWerk GmbH from July 2016 to August 2017. In this role, they refactored parts of the codebase written in Clojure and built new components and libraries to increase usability and team productivity. Eric also integrated a BPM third party software (Camunda) in Java to the existing codebase in Clojure and the messaging system to make creation of new models accessible to non programmers in the company.

Eric’s previous experience also includes working as a Big Data and DevOps Software Engineer at AID Add Intelligence to data from January 2015 to December 2015.

Eric has a deep understanding of complex project involving decentralized technologies related to the Ethereum blockchain and is skilled in working with team from specifications to implementation. Eric is also experienced in various programming languages and technologies including RabbitMQ, CentOS, Marklogic, Clojure, AWS, and Docker.

Eric Dvorsak has a degree in computer engineering from Telecom Nancy in France. Eric also has a bachelor's degree in applied computer science from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences in Germany. Additionally, they hold a degree in computer science from Université de Metz in France and is certified by Confluent in Apache Kafka fundamentals. Eric is also certified by Université Paul Verlaine de Metz in C2I and by MarkLogic in developing MarkLogic applications. Finally, they have a TOEIC score of 990/990.
