Arjen Harmens

Arjen Harmens has a wealth of experience in the finance and real estate industry. Arjen is currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Europe CRE Investments at Hudson Advisors L.P., where they oversee commercial real estate asset management services. Prior to joining Hudson Advisors, Arjen held various leadership roles at Propertize, SNS Bank, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., NIBC Bank, and Ecorys. Throughout their career, Arjen has gained expertise in loan asset management, restructuring and recovery, and property finance. Arjen has a proven track record of driving successful portfolio management and execution strategies.

Arjen Harmens has a diverse education background. In 1986, they began their undergraduate studies at the University of Groningen, where they completed a degree in Social and Economic Geography in 1992. During this time, in 1990-1991, they also attended the University of Reading as part of the Faculty of Urban & Regional Studies. Recently, in 2016, they participated in the Leading for Results Programme at INSEAD.
