Ben Richards

Ben Richards is an experienced professional with a strong focus on sustainability and climate initiatives. Currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Sustainability at Hudson Advisors L.P. since March 2022, Ben leads the global team in establishing ESG and Climate policies, integrating these aspects into due diligence and asset management. Prior to this role, Ben held various positions at Deloitte, including Director, where responsibilities involved addressing sustainability challenges for diverse clients across Europe and the Middle East. Ben also served as Chief Engagement Officer at Thrive Partners Ltd, and as Consulting Director at Radley Yeldar, shaping strategies for sustainability and brand engagement. Early career experiences include roles at Standard Life UK, focusing on CSR and communications. Ben holds a BA in English Language & Literature from the University of Oxford and a Postgraduate Certificate in High Performance Coaching from Teesside University.
