Mark Cruddas

Mark Cruddas is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in retail asset management across the UK and Europe. Currently serving as Director of Retail Asset Management at Hudson Advisors L.P., Mark oversees the full property life cycle for retail assets associated with Lone Star Funds. Previous roles include Head of UK Retail Asset Management at LCR Property, where responsibilities encompassed leasing and operations for several key developments, and Senior Portfolio Manager at Nuveen, managing over £1bn in retail and leisure assets. Mark's experience also includes positions at M&G Real Estate and Cushman & Wakefield, contributing to high-value transactions and asset management strategies. Mark holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Valuation and Estate Management from the University of the West of England.
