Susumu Umetsu

Susumu Umetsu has over 14 years of work experience in the real estate and asset management industry. Susumu is currently serving as a Senior Vice President at Hudson Advisors L.P. Prior to their current role, they worked at BentallGreenOak as an Associate from 2019 to 2020. From 2015 to 2019, they held the position of Associate at GreenOak Real Estate. Susumu also worked as an Assistant Manager at Daiwa Real Estate Asset Management from 2014 to 2015 and as Vice President at Simplex Investment Advisors from 2008 to 2014. Susumu started their career as an Asset Manager at An Asset Management Company in 2006 and worked there until 2008.

Susumu Umetsu attended Waseda University from 2002 to 2006, studying Political Science. Susumu did not obtain a degree during this time.
