Veronica López Ventaja

Veronica López Ventaja has a diverse work experience in various companies within the financial and real estate sectors. Veronica is currently working as a Vice President at Hudson Advisors L.P since March 2021.

Before that, Veronica worked at Altamira Asset Management from March 2019 to an unspecified end date, where they held the role of Debt Recoveries Leader - Account Manager. Veronica'sresponsibilities included managing the CPPIB Servicing Anfora book and handling NPL residential secured portfolios.

Prior to that, they worked at HAYA Real Estate from December 2017 to March 2019 as a Portfolio Manager. Veronica'srole involved leading the onboarding process and achieving business plan targets for Cerberus Servicing. Veronica also managed special servicing for an OB of 559,7m€.

Veronica also served as a Senior Asset Manager at Anticipa Real Estate from December 2014 to December 2017. At Hispania Asset Management, they held the same position from August 2014 to December 2014. In these roles, their responsibilities included managing secured SME and corporate SPL/NPLs, delivering business plans, collections strategies, and overseeing the implementation of recovery actions.

Before that, they worked at PARATUS AMC ESPAÑA S.A. from October 2009 to July 2014 as an Asset Manager, specializing in commercial and residential loan management, as well as conducting refinancing studies for mortgages from other lenders.

Veronica started their career as a Collections Agent at Barclaycard from January 2008 to September 2008.

Veronica López Ventaja attended the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2001 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, specializing in Economía de la empresa. In 2014, they also completed a course in Financial Risk Management at IEB.
