Scott Ludwig

Scott Ludwig is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in corporate and unincorporated entity matters, currently serving as Chair of the Life Sciences Industry Team at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP since 1988. As a member of multiple groups focused on corporate law and estate planning, Scott provides advisory services to a diverse clientele, including high technology and life sciences sectors. In addition, Scott holds attorney positions with HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology, Serina Therapeutics, and BioHSV Holdings, among others. Leadership roles include President of the American College of LLC and Partnership Attorneys and Gamma Alpha Alumni Association. Scott also serves as a contributor to Life Sciences TN and is an active brother in the Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity. Educational qualifications include an LLM in Taxation from the University of Florida and a JD from The University of Alabama School of Law.
