Tom Durbin

Tom Durbin currently serves as the MS/JH/HS Principal at Hudson Area Schools since April 2024. Previously, Tom was the Superintendent of Lenawee Christian School from 2013 to April 2024, overseeing a school district with approximately $5MM in annual revenue and collaborating with a team of 25 administrators and 40 teachers to enhance curriculum and performance goals. Tom also held the position of Principal at Onstead Community Schools from 2007 to 2013, directing daily operations and staff evaluations for approximately 240 students. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Principal and Teacher at Lenawee Christian School from 1997 to 2007, where Tom contributed to school improvement plans and maintained student record management systems. In addition, Tom acted as Athletic Director, managing the secondary school athletic program for around 600 students. Tom holds an Ed.S in Educational Leadership and Administration from Siena Heights University and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Marygrove College.
