Abby Klug's work experience includes serving as a Colleague Experience - Business Professional Recruiter at Hudson Bay Capital Management LP since 2022. Before that, they worked as a Founder/Partner - Executive Search at Stanton Advisors, a boutique recruiting and human resource consulting firm in New York City, from 2013 to 2022. Abby also worked at Options Group from 2008 to 2013, where they were a Vice President - Global Hedge Fund Recruiter. Prior to that, they worked as an Analyst at NW Financial Group from 2006 to 2008.

Abby Klug attended New Hope-Solebury HS from 1998 to 2002, but did not graduate with a degree. Abby then went on to attend Susquehanna University from 2002 to 2006, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration.
