Daniel King

Daniel King has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the legal and finance industries. Daniel is currently working as an Associate General Counsel in the Treasury & Investments division at Hudson Bay Capital Management LP. Prior to this, they worked at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP as an Associate in the Derivatives & Structured Products team, where they provided credit derivative structuring advice, conducted transactional and trading agreement work, and worked on a wide variety of transactions. Daniel also gained experience as a Legal Counsel at Deutsche Bank during a secondment and worked as a Trainee Solicitor and Attorney-at-Law in the Capital Markets team at Simmons & Simmons. Earlier in their career, they served as the Global Content Director at blackswan and worked as a Vacation Student at Addleshaw Goddard. Before entering the legal field, Daniel worked as an Academic Tutor to Student Athletes at the University of Miami, where they focused on tutoring in natural sciences and other subjects.

Daniel King has a diverse educational background. Daniel obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Miami in 2010. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from UCL, which they completed in 2013.

To further their education, Daniel completed a Master's degree in Law and Business at BPP University in 2014. During the same year, they also attended BPP Law School and obtained a Legal Practice Course degree in Law.
