William Colby

William Colby currently serves as the Seattle Division Manager at Hudson Bay Insulation Co since October 2024. Previously, William held multiple positions at Howard S. Wright, a Balfour Beatty company from July 2010 to October 2024, including Vice President, Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, and Project Engineer. William began their career with internships at Berschauer Phillips Construction Company and Morley Builders in 2006 and 2008, respectively. William earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Washington State University, where studies were pursued from 2005 to 2010.
