Paul Lipari

Paul Lipari is a seasoned financial professional with over two decades of experience in the industry. As the Managing Partner and Founder of Hudson Capital Advisors since June 2004, Lipari has led the firm in providing M&A advisory, capital placement, and financial services for middle market companies. Additionally, Lipari served as Chairman of the Board for CCT Research from November 2017 to June 2023, contributing to one of the nation's top Site Management Organizations. Previous roles include Sr. Managing Partner at a Family Office, Executive Director at CIBC, and Associate at Salomon Brothers. Lipari's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University and an MBA from the Amos Tuck Business School at Dartmouth.
