Richard Kovacevich

Dick Kovacevich previously served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Wells Fargo & Co. from 1998 to 2007, continuing on as Chairman through the end of 2009 and currently serving as Chairman Emeritus. Mr. Kovacevich previously served on the boards of directors of Cisco Systems, Inc., Target Corporation, PetSmart, Inc., Northern States Power Company and ReliaStar Financial Corporation.
