Hudson Ferry Capital III, LP, the firm’s third fund with over $200 million of committed capital, is licensed by the US Small Business Administration (SBA) as a Small Business Investment Company (SBIC). As an SBIC, Hudson Ferry has access to flexible, long term capital to invest in founder and family-owned niche manufacturing, industrial and business service companies.
