Alina Paskhaver

Alina Paskhaver has had a diverse range of work experience in talent acquisition and executive recruiting. Alina began their career in 2011 as an IT Recruiter at DIVERSANT, LLC, where they handled full life cycle recruiting for various IT positions. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Recruiter Onsite at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield for Pontoon Solutions, overseeing contract job openings and optimizing the process through the use of VMS technology. In 2016, they joined Ascendo Resources as an Executive Recruiter, specializing in recruiting for top-tier investment banks and fund administrators. Alina successfully placed both permanent and temporary candidates throughout the tristate region and other major cities. Most recently, in 2017, they became the Digital Talent Acquisition Director at SourceLab Search, responsible for talent acquisition across digital marketing, tech, and creative positions in various industries. Alina also managed accounts and fostered relationships with HR and hiring managers.

Alina Paskhaver completed their undergraduate education from 2007 to 2011 at Hunter College, earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
