Dana Feller

Dana Feller has over 25 years of experience in executive search, financial and technology firms. Dana began their career in 1995 as an Associate at Lehman Brothers. In 2000, they became a Principal at Heidrick & Struggles. In 2001, they returned to Lehman Brothers as Senior Vice President, Head of Investment Management Campus Recruiting and Program Management, and Vice President, Head of European Investment Banking Campus Recruiting. In 2008, they joined Barclays Capital as Director, Head of Experienced Hire Recruiting, Americas. In 2011, they founded Hudson Gate Partners, LLC, a boutique executive search firm specializing in placing talent at traditional and alternative investment management firms, as well as in the world of FinTech.

Dana Feller attended Phillips Exeter Academy from 1988 to 1991. Dana then went on to Duke University, where they earned a BA in Economics and English from 1991 to 1995. After that, they attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business, receiving their MBA in 2000.
