Ryan Kellner

Ryan Kellner has worked in the recruitment and sales industry for over a decade. In 2008, they began their career as an Account Executive for Roche Diagnostics, followed by an Account Specialist role in the same company. In 2014, they moved to Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for the distribution of biotechnology, research capital, and consumables at research labs. In 2015, they joined Momentum LLC (US) as an Executive Recruiter for IT and Data Science. In 2017, they became a Senior Recruiter for Healthcare, IT, and Data Science at ThinkingAhead. In 2019, they joined Hudson Gate Partners as Head of Data Science, IT, and Quantitative Analytics Recruiting. Ryan also became President of Mindshare Executive Search, a boutique search firm focusing on candidates and clients in the areas of Advanced Analytics and Data Science. In 2020, they joined Hudson Gate Health as Principal Healthcare Recruiter.

Ryan Kellner graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Ryan then attended Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and obtained a Master of Science in Biotechnology in 2007. Ryan also attended Brebeuf, although no degree was obtained. In July 2020, they obtained a People Analytics certification from LinkedIn.
