Anita Booe

Anita Booe has extensive experience in finance and investor relations, having held various senior roles in multiple companies. Anita most recently served as the Vice President of Finance at Hudson Group, starting in December 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Investor Relations at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen starting in August 2016. From 2006 to 2016, Anita worked at Krispy Kreme, first as the Investor Relations Officer, where they developed and executed the global investor relations program, and then as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. Prior to Krispy Kreme, Anita held the role of Vice President of Finance at Aftermarket Technology, where they made significant improvements in cash flow and financial results. Anita also served as the Divisional CFO at both Russell Corporation and Sara Lee Foods. Anita's career began at Sara Lee Branded Apparel in 1980, where they held various finance and accounting positions, including Divisional CFO and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Overall, Anita Booe has a wealth of experience in finance and investor relations, with a strong track record of driving financial growth and success.

Anita Booe obtained a BS in Accounting from Greensboro College, where they studied from 1975 to 1979.
