John Dauenhauer

John Dauenhauer has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on organizational design, employee and labor relations, benefits, talent and leadership acquisition and development, performance management, and succession planning. John served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Hudson Group, where they oversaw all HR disciplines for over 10,000 employees in Canada and the US. Prior to that, they worked at Whole Foods Market, leading the HR organization setup for the Northeast region and managing various HR functions. John also held leadership positions at Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Co., where they provided HR support to multiple divisions and developed and led the newly created Atlantic region. Overall, John has a proven track record of successfully managing HR operations and driving strategic initiatives in the retail industry.

John Dauenhauer holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Psychology from St. Bonaventure University. John also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy from Wadhams Hall College.
