Hudson Headwaters
Kim Terpening currently serves as the Assistant Director of Nursing at Hudson Headwaters Health Network since December 2015. Previously, Kim held the title of Colonel, Chief of Aeromedical Evacuation, and Director of Nursing at Headquarters, Air National Guard from September 2009 to March 2014, overseeing nursing services for 6700 personnel and managing multiple medical groups and squadrons. Kim's experience includes serving as a Flight Nurse in the 139 Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron in the New York Air National Guard from 1985 to 2014 and as a Registered Nurse at Glens Falls Hospital from 1984 to 1999. Kim's educational achievements include a Master's degree in Military Joint Operations Planning and Strategy from Air University, a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Alliance University, an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Parkland College, and an MBA from Touro University California.

Hudson Headwaters Health Network is a not-for-profit, community-based organization serving nearly 100,000 North Country residents from 21 health centers between South Glens Falls and the Canadian border. The network delivers specialty services in obstetrics and gynecology, behavioral health, care management, dentistry, labs, and imaging, and collaborates with other organizations to deliver specialty care in underserved areas.
