Kyle Reisz

Kyle Reisz is an experienced asset manager currently overseeing a portfolio of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties at Hudson Housing Capital LLC, with a focus on California. Previously, Kyle served as city planner for the City of North Royalton and chief city planner for the City of Cleveland, coordinating with stakeholders to navigate planning and zoning processes while implementing land use policies.
