Angie Burwell Kerr

Angie Burwell Kerr is an accomplished Organization Development Consultant, Facilitator, and Executive Coach with extensive experience spanning multiple organizations. Since 2004, Angie has led Burwell Ventures, focusing on guiding organizations through change initiatives. Angie serves as a Corporate Faculty Member and Coach at the Hudson Institute of Coaching, facilitating programs for Fortune 500 companies. As an Adjunct Faculty member in the MSOD Program at Pepperdine University, Angie has contributed significantly to student learning and consulting engagements. Additionally, Angie is a Partner at Change Positive LLC, promoting a constructive feedback culture through positive psychology. Previous roles include Senior Associate at Valeocon Management Consulting, Six Sigma Black Belt at 3M Health Information Systems, and various positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Angie holds an MS in Organizational Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and an Executive Coaching Certification from the Hudson Institute.
