Esther Huai-Yian Ling

Esther Huai-Yian Ling is an experienced professional in the field of molecular biology and biotechnology, currently serving as the RNAte Platform Manager at the Hudson Institute of Medical Research since July 2023. Previously, Esther held the position of Senior Scientist and Team Lead - Project Manager at SCHOTT MINIFAB from May 2021 to June 2023, and worked at CSL Seqirus in various roles focused on R&D Flu Operations from February 2012 to May 2021. Esther's early career included academic positions as a Teaching Associate at Monash University and as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Chungnam National University. Esther holds a PhD in Molecular Biology and Genetics from Monash University and advanced degrees in Bioinformatics and Phylogenetic Sciences and Biotechnology from Chungnam National University and the University of Malaya, respectively.
