Arthur Valhuerdi has extensive work experience in the telecommunications and data center industry. Arthur started their career at Bell Atlantic in 1990, where they served as an Area Operations Manager for ten years. In 2000, they joined FiberNet Telecom Group as a Vice President, overseeing infrastructure projects until 2009. Valhuerdi then moved on to Zayo Colocation, where they held the position of Vice President of Engineering and was responsible for the design and construction of data center facilities. In 2011, they worked as a Consultant, providing expertise in telecom infrastructure and expansion plans. Arthur also acted as the Vice President of Engineering for Sirius Telecom during this time. Valhuerdi joined Datagryd Data Centers LLC as the Vice President of Operations, where they developed new data center and operations architecture. In 2019, they became a founding member of the Independent Data Center Alliance, a consortium of independent data center operators. Most recently, they served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Hudson Interxchange, where they played a key role in developing new data center and operations architecture.
Arthur Valhuerdi completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College between 1985 and 1989. Arthur then pursued a Master's degree in Information Systems Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, which they completed between 1993 and 1995.
