Natalie Steele is a Search Specialist at Hudson Nordic since September 2022, focusing on executive and specialist search and recruiting to enhance organizational performance. Prior to this role, Natalie served as a Scheduling and Personnel Manager at Alkemisten from April 2016 to October 2022, where responsibilities included managing employee scheduling and addressing employment law issues. From May 2009 to September 2022, Natalie worked at Posten AB in various capacities within the Business Center, as well as in roles as a postman and cashier. Additionally, Natalie was involved with Surfing the Nations from August 2014 to November 2015, serving as a volunteer coordinator and leadership school leader. Educational achievements include a degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Gothenburg (2019-2022), attendance at Surfers Leadership School (2014), and studies at Alliance française de Lyon (2013), alongside completing secondary education at Fågelviksgymnasiet (2005-2008).
