Chuck We

Chuck Wei is currently the SVP of Western Canada at Hudson Pacific Properties. Chuck has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Chuck Wei started their career as a Real Estate Portfolio Analyst at bcIMC in 1995. Chuck then became a broker at Cushman & Wakefield in 1996. In 1997, they moved to Bentall Kennedy as a Leasing/Development Manager. Chuck then joined Oxford Properties Group in 1999 as Vice President of the Vancouver office.

Chuck Wei has been instrumental in leading the leasing and operations teams in Vancouver. Chuck has also worked with the Canadian development and investment teams in creating outstanding places for people to work. With the addition of 402 Dunsmuir, the portfolio spans 1.8 million square feet. It is expected to reach 2.3 million square feet when The Stack is delivered in 2022.

Chuck We have earned a MBA and BBA from Simon Fraser University. Chuck's focus was in finance, marketing, and international business.

Chuck We report to Victor J. Coleman, Chairman & CEO. They work with Mark Lammas - President, Arthur X. Suazo - EVP, Leasing, and Andy Wattula - SVP, Pacific Northwest.
