Erik Thoreen

Erik Thoreen joined Hudson Pacific in 2011 and serves as Senior Vice President, UK and Studios East. He oversees Hudson Pacific’s London office and supports the development process for the Sunset Studios facility planned for the UK. Thoreen is also responsible for identifying and evaluating additional acquisition and development opportunities.

Thoreen previously served as Vice President of Investments at Hudson Pacific. In his time at the company, he has completed over $15 billion of transactions including acquisitions, dispositions and financings.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Finance and Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
