Natalie Teear

Natalie Teear joined Hudson Pacific in 2019 and serves as Senior Vice President, Innovation, Sustainability and Social Impact. She is responsible for leading Hudson Pacific’s proptech initiatives and ESG strategies through its Better Blueprint™ corporate responsibility platform.

Prior to joining Hudson Pacific, Teear served as a leader on PwC’s Sustainability Services team, where she counseled businesses on strategies for sustainable growth, which included addressing a broad range of environmental and social issues. Teear also worked as an environmental consultant with URS Corporation (now AECOM), focused on large water infrastructure projects in the West Coast and Pacific territories.

Teear earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Dartmouth College and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management from Yale University.
