Shawn Kelly

Shawn Kelly is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Hudson Pacific Properties since April 2015, with a history of progressively responsible roles including Senior Director and Director of Portfolio Engineering. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Portfolio Engineering at Equity Office Properties Trust from March 2012 to March 2015, overseeing regional engineering efforts for over 4 million square feet of commercial office space, with a focus on operations, property due diligence, energy conservation, and project consulting. Earlier in the career at Equity Office Properties from June 2000 to March 2012, Shawn held the positions of Chief Engineer and Building Engineer, managing a team responsible for operating and maintaining 1.2 million square feet of Class "A" office space in Redwood Shores, California. Shawn holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from San Jose State University.
