Theodore R. Antenucci

Theodore Antenucci has served as a member of the Board since IPO. Since March 2011, Antenucci has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Catellus Development Corporation, a leading national land developer.

Until June 2011, Antenucci was also President and Chief Investment Officer of Prologis, as well as a member of its Executive Committee. Prologis is a global provider of distribution facilities with over $32 billion in real estate assets under management. He also served on the Board of Directors for Prologis European Properties, a public fund trading on the Euronext stock exchange in Amsterdam, from 2009 through June of 2011. Before joining Prologis in September 2005, Antenucci served as President of Catellus Commercial Development Corp., and was responsible for all development, construction and acquisition activities.

Additionally, Antenucci has served on the board of trustees of the Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation since December of 2010. He has also served on the board of directors of Iron Mountain, Inc., where he served on its audit committee.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
