Flor Monroe is an experienced employment specialist currently working at the South Middlesex Opportunity Council (SMOC) since October 2020 in the Secure Jobs Program. With a background in education, Flor has been a Spanish teacher for adults in the Assabet After Dark Program since September 2017 and served as a Program Representative in SMOC's Green Jobs Academy from April 2018 to May 2020, where logistical support and candidate recruitment were key responsibilities.
